While I was busy trying to figure out how best to grill a slab of Atlantic salmon, a housemate caught site of a rainbow forming outside. Despite my preoccupation with the olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette marinade, they insisted I grab my camera and document it.
Leaving the cookbooks behind for a moment, I scrambled to gather my gear (where the hell did I put that battery again?!) and raced outside to snap off a few shots — the better of which are displayed here. Well, the salmon may have turned out so-so that night, but these shots make for a yummy dessert!
