Ever since I started Bite Club TV, I've dreamed of producing a sausage-making video. Elizabeth and I finally made it happen, and I couldn't be hungrier watching it all again.

Many thanks to Vermont Salumi's Pete Colman for showing me the (meaty) ropes at his home/production kitchen and to Richard Wiswall and Sally Colman of Cate Farm for hosting us at the delicious farmhouse luncheon you'll see at the end of the video.
