Storm Large

When: Sun., May 14, 7 p.m. 2017

Singer Storm Large is full of dualities. She’ll take the stage in a long, elegant gown and turn to reveal an oversize tattoo across her shoulders. She enchants audience members with grace and poise, then reveals a wicked sense of humor. She’ll cover an American standard such as Cole Porter’s “I’ve Got You Under My Skin” and give it a rock-and-roll twist. Also an award-winning memoirist, a 2006 contestant on the CBS singing competition “Rock Star: Supernova” and a touring vocalist for multilingual ensemble Pink Martini, Storm Large seemingly can conquer all. The dynamic diva closes the 2016-17 KCP Presents series at St. Johnsbury School.

Price: $20-50; free for students 18 and under with a paying adult.
