Marjorie M. O'Brien Ernst of Tempe, AZ died in the care of Hospice of the Valley (AZ) on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, following a serious fall near her home. Marge was born in Burlington, VT on February 26, 1930, the daughter of Frank and Alice O'Brien of Shelburne, VT. She graduated from Mt. St. Mary Academy and earned her Nursing Degree from the Fanny Allen Hospital in Winooski, VT. She and her husband, Frank Ernst, remained in VT until their fourth child was born and then moved to AZ.

Marjorie is survived by her four children: Frank of Marietta, GA, Marye of Yuma, AZ, Jerrod of Seattle, WA, Dolores of Phoenix, AZ, her two sisters, Helen and Martha O'Brien , of the Sisters of Mercy in VT, two sisters-in-law, Louise O'Brien of Chestertown, MD, Mary O'Brien of S. Burlington, VT as well as many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and friends.

Marjorie was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Alice O'Brien of Shelburne, VT. her ex-husband, Frank Ernst, her six brothers, John, Willian, George, James, Robert, Timothy, as well as her sisters, Mary Alice Jahntz, and Mary Agnes O'Brien. Per Marjorie's wishes: there will be no public funeral services.
