Obituary: Conway Howard Bissell

Conway Howard Bissell, age 48, a Vermont resident for the past six years, died unexpectedly August 31, 2013, at his home in Burlington.

Born in Buffalo, New York on January 13, 1965, he was the son of the Grant and Shirley (Richard) Bissell. he attended schools in Florida and was married to the former Bernadette Charland who survives him.

Over the years Conway had worked at various restaurants as a chef. He will be remembered as a friend to all and loved by many. He often attended the Faith and Love Fellowship in Rensselaer, New York.

In addition to his wife Bernadette of Middlebury, he leaves his parents of Florida; five children, Rhonda Boomhower and husband Matt of Swanton, Chis-go-ga Bissell of Swanton, Grant Bissell of Swanton, Dante Bissell of Middlebury and Mercedes Abaire of Tennessee; grandchildren, Trent Boomhower, LeAnne Coppenger, Cody Coppenger, Skyler Bissell, Trinity Perry and Matthew Boomhower, Jr; two sisters, Dawn Bissell and Kelly McElroy both of Florida; several nieces, nephews and many friends.

Funeral Services and Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
