Seven Days says...
Minifactory, a new coffee shop-eatery opening in February 2022, will serve breakfast and lunch and occasional dinners. The all-day breakfast-and-lunch menu will include freshly baked biscuits served with butter and preserves, labneh-ricotta whip or a six-minute egg; sweet and savory yogurt bowls; and salads. The restaurant will start with dinner two nights a week: a Sunday community supper and a Monday night “veg sesh” riff on meatless Mondays.
