The Farmhouse Tap & Grill will showcase mushrooms on their $10 lunch menu in the form of a Vermont soy and mushroom burger topped with house yogurt, cabbage slaw and local sprouts. (Carnivores can go for a house-made ham sandwich or pasture-raised chicken salad). On the $25 dinner menu, fungi make another appearance alongside Maplebrook Farm ricotta gnocchi. Others tidbits on the hearty menu include smoked Jericho Settler's Farm garlic sausage with Farmhouse sauerkraut, and chocolate stout cake at dessert.

Over at Church & Main, follow an appetizer of wild mushroom cappuccino topped with nutmeg foam with a plate of grilled chicken statler with butter-braised radishes, fiddlehead pesto and sunchoke silk. The $35 menu is sprinkled with other goodies, too, such as maple-glazed pork belly, potato-crusted cod with kale purée and chorizo-smoked paprika oil, and passionfruit panna cotta.
