Drawing on the works and words of W.E.B. Du Bois and James Baldwin, the University of Vermont professor emeritus of political science speaks about his recent memoir, as well as his observations of the battle for Civil Rights in Mississippi as a Jew in the South in the 1970s and ’80s.
