Regional competitive culinary teams such as Rhode Island’s Rhode Hog BBQ and the local Barbecutioners convene at the Windsor brewery to serve up their most mouthwatering morsels. Winners score not only the title of Grand Champion but also a ticket to the Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue in Lynchburg, Tenn. Bands performing during the two-day fest include Frydaddy, Ironsights and the John Lackard Blues Band.
