Music lovers can take a sonic trip around the world without leaving Burlington, courtesy of “Creole Carnival,” a triple bill of international artists presented by GlobalFest Live! For their first stop, virtual jet-setters savor the sounds of Haitian singer Emeline Michel (pictured), celebrated for her warm vocals and inspirational messages. Next up is Brushy One-String, a Jamaican guitarist who pushes the limits of his instrument with — you guessed it — just one string. Finally, the five-piece group Casuarina turns up the heat with the sizzling sounds of Brazilian samba. Tourists of tune can satisfy their wanderlust this Wednesday at the Flynn MainStage.
