Grape grower Ethan Joseph offers an inside look at Shelburne Vineyard's winter work. Visitors will tour the cellar and learn about the vineyard's growing methods and fermentation techniques, then get a taste of the 2018 growing season with straight-from-the-barrel sips of wines-in-progress and gourmet snacks.
