Fusing the traditions of New Orleans second-line music with the explosive grooves of funk and bebop, DDBB have paved the way for innumerable Crescent City acts that followed, from the likes of the Rebirth Jazz Band to Trombone Shorty and beyond. This week, the band plays two Vermont shows: Friday, July 18, at the Rusty Nail in Stowe and Saturday, July 19, at Solarfest in Tinmouth.
