Good 'n' Greasy
Everyone's had that night. The night when one drink turns into a few and a few turns into double shots of tequila. Don't be ashamed — in a bar-laden town such as Burlington, it's damn near impossible not to get caught up in the scene every once in a while. In fact, use it to your benefit.
Let your inebriation guide you to Kountry Kart Deli — Burlington's fortress of deliciously greasy, alcohol-soaking chow. Order up and look around as you wait. KKD's mesmerizing wall of beverages is a soothing sight for sore and slightly blurry eyes. If that isn't enough to hold your attention, watch the lucid employees silently judge the bemused customers with each muddled word.
When you stumble out of this late-night hot spot, grasp your grub with pride. You've fought the good battle and won the war.
