On January 5, 2023, Glenn & Ronalyn Cummings, 65 Lakewood Court, Colchester, VT 05446 filed application number 4C0329-17V for a project generally described as construction of a 16,100 SF warehouse building and associated parking area on an undeveloped 2.38 acre parcel of land (Lot 22) in Phase II of the Saxon Hill Industrial Park. No hearing will be held, and a permit will be issued unless, on or before January 31, 2023, a party notifies the District 4 Commission in writing of an issue requiring a hearing, or the Commission sets the matter for a hearing on its own motion.
