The new café and bakery will open spring 2024 from the Oktay family, who own Tuckerbox next door and Istanbul Kebab House in Burlington. Turkish chefs will use a custom-tiled, wood-fired oven to bake thin flatbreads called lahmajun and canoe-shaped pizzas called pide.
