Northeast Kingdom Community Action, Inc. (NEKCA) is soliciting proposals for an extensive HR study on the following services:

· Job Description Review and Development

· Wage & Compensation Analysis and Design

· Performance Evaluation Plan

· Benefit Comparability Survey
