ReservoirAfter last summer's upheaval, we're always looking for a way to help revitalize Waterbury. A sign of good things brewing — several of the town's restaurants are serving delicious Vermont Restaurant Week meals, including a pair of popular pubs.

Brand-new Prohibition Pig has two menus — one for $15, another for $25. Both feature Southern-style starters such as pork cracklings and desserts including sweet potato bread pudding. The lower-priced menu focuses on sandwiches while the $25 entrées consist of smoked meats with a choice of two sides.

The Reservoir is back for a second year, offering an eclectic mix of dishes made from local products. The $15 menu starts with a choice of shrimp satay with Vermont kimchee or vegetarian "Rez puppies," stuffed with goat cheese. The meal ends with caramel-apple cornbread served à la mode with housemade molasses ice cream.
