    Maine lobster coddled in cream, with capers, tomato bits, herbs and potato
  • Stuffed Quail
    Spinach, feta and lemon on quinoa couscous with baby greens

    Filled with local spinach, herbs, feta and caramelized onion, served with tomato and green salad

    Baby spring vegetables, poached egg and warm burrata
