We're about halfway through Restaurant Week, and our waistlines are gradually expanding. We've loved seeing the photos that diners have added to the Restaurant Week Instagram stream — we've added a few of our own — but we're perplexed that someone has yet to stick a fork into their meal before taking a picture.
Why does this matter? Because we've got a $35 gift certificate to The Belted Cow in Essex Junction that we'll give one lucky photo-taker at the end of Restaurant Week. So don't forget to stab those meals before pressing the button! Then upload the photo to either Twitter or Instagram — making sure to use the hashtag #vtrw — or post it to our Facebook wall. Early next week, we'll announce a winner.
