Superhuman Happiness, Terror Pigeon

When: Sat., Oct. 17, 11:30 p.m. 2015

Brooklyn-based dance-pop band Superhuman Happiness are the brainchild of Antibalas’ Stuart Bogie, an in-demand saxophonist whose credits include recent stints touring with Arcade Fire and Iron & Wine and work with the likes of Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings, Passion Pit, the Roots and Yeasayer. SH’s new album, Escape Velocity, reflects their bandleader’s varied musical experiences, presenting a diverse array of styles all filtered through a hooky and irrepressibly danceable prism of prog rock and electropop. Touring in support of that new record, Superhuman Happiness drop by the Radio Bean in Burlington this Saturday, October 17, along with indie rockers Terror Pigeon.
