'Rock of Ages'

When: Thursdays-Saturdays, 8 p.m. Continues through July 15 2017

Are you ready to rock? If the answer is a glass-shattering “Yeah!” accompanied by the devil horns hand gesture, then head to Waitsfield for the Valley Players’ high-octane production of Rock of Ages. Hair-metal hits thread through this musical love story, which spotlights the over-the-top, Aqua Net-soaked rock culture of the 1980s. Performers bring their powerful pipes to throwback hits such as “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “The Final Countdown” and “I Want to Know What Love Is.” As the theater group warns in a press release, “this show may unleash your inner rock god and have you reaching for your air guitar in the aisles.”

Price: $18.
