Mariachi Flor de Toloache

When: Sat., Aug. 4, 11 a.m. 2018

Mariachi Flor de Toloache formed as a trio with harp, violin and vihuela in 2008 as New York City’s first and only all-female mariachi band. Now a full ensemble, the group has performed around the world and scored a Latin Grammy Award for Best Ranchero/Mariachi Album for 2017’s Las Caras Lindas. Fans have several chances to hear the women’s fresh take on traditional Mexican music as they perform in Burlington as part of the Festival of Fools and in St. Johnsbury as part of the Levitt AMP St. Johnsbury Music Series.
