Shelburne Museum — Founded in 1947, the Shelburne Museum has more than 150,000 items in its permanent collection and is famous for its 19th-century objects, as well as impressionist paintings. With the opening of the Pizzagalli Center for Art and Education, the museum now has year-round gallery space, too.
