Wired has the story:
The U.S. Army has ordered soldiers to stop posting to blogs orsending personal e-mail messages, without first clearing the contentwith a superior officer, Wired News has learned. The directive, issuedApril 19, is the sharpest restriction on troops' online activitiessince the start of the Iraq war. And it could mean the end of militaryblogs, observers say.
Are they going to crack down on YouTubes, too?
