Another great visit to Thai House! We have never been disappointed - tried the red curry with shrimp this time and their new coconut shrimp appetizer (a special last weekend). Fantastic again and great service!

GREAT FOOD!
The food was excellent as well as the service. We wish we had know that it is BYOB, but we will know for next time. I am a huge Thai food fan and this is by far the best I have had in Vermont. Food: 5 Ambiance: 5 Service: 5

New location...Still the Best Thai Around
My wife, daughter, and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner Monday during opening night at Thai House's new location at 333 Swanton Road in the Highgate Shopping Center. Inside the restaurant, warm orange-painted walls and wind chimes above the booths drew our attention as we were greeted by Pum, the ever-gracious hostess and co-owner. We enjoyed freshly made shrimp chips with a spicy tamarind and lime dipping sauce before ordering two of our favorite dishes, crab fried rice and duck panang. Thai House has been serving northern Vermont excellent Thai cuisine for nearly three years and no other Thai restaurant even comes close. Food: 5 Ambiance: 4 Service: 5

Still a winner after 2+ years!
This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Vermont. If you have not tried Thai House yet, you are missing something special. It doesn't look like much when you arrive, but what awaits you inside is a delight. The food is absolutely wonderful. The service is prompt and friendly. The appetizers, soups, and salads are great. The duck salad is a favorite. You cannot go wrong with any of the entrees. The seafood is outstanding from crispy calamari to garlic salmon. The fried ice cream is a delicious, special treat if you have any room after dinner. Food: 5 Ambiance: 5 Service: 5

Always wonderful
Hands down the best Thai restaurant in Vermont. Forget Tiny Thai (whose food and service have steadily declined) THIS is the place for Thai food. The fact that it is on my way home makes it hard to resist. If you are sitting down to eat the service is fast, polite and attentive. We often get carry out on the way home and the food is always just as good. It's very reasonably priced for the portion sizes, the food is fresh - never greasy - and very flavorful. We are partial to the shrimp pad thai and the crab fried rice. The chicken satay is great and the special appetizers are a great way to try new flavors. I can't recommend it highly enough! Best Thai food since we were in Thailand
I actually think this may have been better than the Thai food that we had in Thailand! The Tom Ka even had Galangal in it - virtually impossible to find here. The Pad Thai was perfect and the Panang Duck was so flavorful. We had a hard time stopping even though we were full. The owner was really nice and accommodating to our 2 year old, who also thoroughly enjoyed her meal. We have been underwhelmed by the Thai options in Burlington, so we stopped here on the way home from Montreal. We will be making the trip regularly! Food: 5 Ambiance: 5 Service: 5

Fabulous Thai Restaurant In St Albans
We have been frequenting this restaurant since it first opened, as we love great authentic Thai food. I think this type of experience is a first for St Albans, Vt. The owners are friendly and welcoming and passionate about their good service and consistently good food. They even manage to keep fresh roses on each table and play relaxing Thai music. Try the cucumber salad. Food: 5 Ambiance: 5 Service: 5
